About Espryo

Your morning, in every shot.

Why Espryo exists

Good espresso at home should feel like a small, happy ritual, not a research project. But anyone who has shopped for a tamper, a grinder or a new machine knows how quickly it gets confusing: sizes that don’t quite fit, “best of” lists that all say the same thing, and upgrades that don’t fix the problem you actually have.

Espryo was started to give clear, honest answers before you spend: what fits your machine, what’s worth buying, and when you don’t need to buy anything at all.

What we do differently

We start with your problem, not a product. Every guide ends with one of three answers:

  • Keep: what you have is fine. Here’s how to get the best from it.
  • Adjust: a small change in technique or a low-cost accessory fixes it.
  • Upgrade: new gear will genuinely help, and here’s exactly what to look for.

We sweat the details that matter. Portafilter sizes, basket fit and model differences decide whether a purchase works. We check them against manufacturer manuals and specifications, machine by machine.

We’re upfront about how we know what we know. Every guide is labelled either Research-based (built from manuals, specifications and verified compatibility details) or Tested by us (when we’ve used the product ourselves). We never claim testing we haven’t done.

Who’s behind Espryo

Espryo is led by Surabhi Agrawal, a coffee lover who leads Espryo’s research and editing. Surabhi’s focus is simple: make every guide something you can trust, with the facts checked, the trade-offs explained and the sources listed.

Espryo is operated by RadiantCore LLC.

How Espryo is funded

Espryo is free to read. When you buy through some of our links, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. That never decides our verdicts, and brands don’t review or approve our guides. Read our full Affiliate Disclosure and how we research.
